These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ladies Primera Cleaning scheduling and operations platform ("the Service"), operated by Ladies Primera Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
The Service is provided solely to authorized operators, workers, and clients of Ladies Primera Cleaning. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Access to the Service is granted on an invitation-only basis. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Cleaning services are scheduled through our platform. Invoices are issued electronically. Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. We reserve the right to suspend service for overdue accounts.
We collect and store information necessary to operate the Service, including job records, photos, and payment history. We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ladies Primera Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
